Chobham Farm

Bagshot Road Chobham, Woking, Chobham, Woking GU24 8DB, UK

Chobham Adventure Farm is great fun for all the family (and yes, I mean adults too!). It has both an indoor and outdoor play area with lots for children to do.

Inside there is a huge play area with several slides for all ages, although the big red slide isn't for the faint hearted! We spent most of our time indoors up and down the multiple levels of the soft play area. There are balance beams, netted walkways and lots of holes to climb through. There is also a separate toddler/baby area with smaller equipment and lots of soft building blocks for them to play with. As a parent, if you don't want to climb around and just want to enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee while the kids run free, there are plenty of tables between the older soft play and the toddler play area.

Which brings me to food. Normally, soft play food is ... well ... mediocre and not that healthy! Chobham offers a range of hot and cold options, all freshly cooked and very reasonably priced. We have been many times and my little one prefers the kid's 'pick your own' lunch box, whilst I myself prefer a lovely toastie and a cuppa! A bonus about this place is that they have plenty of recycling bins for you to bin your rubbish and seem to really care about the environment.

The outdoor area is amazing, especially on a hot summer's day, with plenty of picnic tables available. The outdoor barn has lots of cute, fluffy animals ranging from guinea pigs through to horses. And the outdoor play area is incredible with lots to do including a huge sandpit with slides, bouncing pillows, climbing frames, zipwires and more - so much for all!

The facilities themselves are very clean and tidy and there are lockers where you can store your personal items, which helps if you want to go run around with your kids and not carry the huge rucksack of all the kids' bits!

The entry is reasonable with different prices for term time, weekends and holidays, and they also offer an after school deal, which is great if you want to burn off some energy with the kids! Likewise the shop has lots of quality made toys, puzzles and games and is not too over-priced either, which is always a bonus!

They also hold birthday parties and have their party rooms upstairs. It means you have a space out of the hustle and bustle to be able to sit down with the kids to eat, plus the kids also get access from upstairs to the play frames which always feels exciting and special to them! Finally, they run Christmas experiences which I have yet to try but do look fantastic!

All in all a great day out for everyone!
