Where to go?
Campsite Domaine des Ormes
Savour the serene woodland park surroundings of 5* Campsite Domaine des Ormes, a truly wonderful resort with a wealth of facilities and the perfect location to explore the charming coast and countryside of Brittany. Book a stay at this hugely popular campsite and you’ll find relaxation and recreation in the gorgeous outdoors around Dol de Bretagne in Ille-et-Vilaine.
Eat, dance, swim, laugh... at Les Orme’s and live life to the full.
There is so much choice if you want to eat out, there’s something for everyone, for all budgets, for feasting or snacking, for big appetites and small!
Le Club-house: A former eighteenth-century clergy house. At midday, the golfers and regulars bustle in to revel in the daily special against a backdrop of old stone, a large fireplace and stunning views of the château.
Pizzeria Chez Madeleine: Great for family dining! A heated terrace offers a perfect view over the show. Think pizzas, chicken and chips, tagliatelle pasta and large salads (eat in or takeaway).
Crêperie Le Cellier: Converted in the 1970s into a milking room for Friesian cattle, today the place is a restaurant serving regional specialities in a friendly atmosphere.
There are pools of all sizes, all depths and all temperatures... Some offer family fun, others are more for getting exercise... But all have one thing in common: they’re free and available to all residents at Les Ormes! Whether it be the 750sqm wave pool, the aqua-fun area for babies and toddlers, the water park and its slides or the hotel pool, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for! Brand new is the dome pool, which is large enough to fit an Airbus A-380. This new aquatic centre is over 20m high and 75m in diameter offering the chance to swim and bathe in every season! Whether it’s snowing or blustering a gale, the air and water will always be at tropical heat.
Adventure trail: Do you remember those summer evenings as a child? Climbing up a tree with your parents shouting for fear that you’d fall? At Les Ormes, thanks to our harnesses and safety cables, you can climb up in the trees and sway across hanging bridges, zip down zip wires, hang off ropes and nets and more.
Cable skiing: Cable skiing is water skiing where the skier’s rope and handle are pulled by an electrically driven cable rather than a boat. Whether on skis, a wakeboard or in a rubber ring, just hold on tight and speed through the water!
Kids club: We’ve thrown routine out the window! Each week, our teams go that extra mile to propose brand new entertainment and activities for our visitors: karaoke, concerts, shows, dance lessons, aqua-fun, treasure hunts and more... Got a talent and would like to help? You’re invited to go up on stage with them!
